Directions

  1. Mix the small cubes cut with lemon juice and brandy.
  2. Mix the sugar, the corn starch, the lemon peel and the spices, add over the apples and mix.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Add the very cold butter and incorporate to the rest of the ingredients, finally add, cheese cream and form the dough.
  5. It is divided into two parts, slightly larger for the base and small coating.
  6. We cover in food foil and cool for an hour.
  7. Spread the larger side, on the work surface.
  8. Transfer to a tray with a diameter 32 cm, form the base and seal the sides well.
  9. Put the filling with the juice.
  10. Stretch the second part of the dough, make holes with small shapes and arrange them on top.
  11. Put the second part of the dough over the filling.
  12. Cut the edges with a knife, grease the surface with milk or whipped egg and sprinkle with good sugar.
  13. Bake about an hour, temperature 180 C. Enjoy!
