For the dough, mix the kefir with sugar, baking soda, flour and oil. Form a ball, let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the Filling.
Mix the mashed potatoes with grated cheese, salt, pepper to taste, and optionally add herbs.
Divide the filling into 6 equal parts and form small balls.
Divide the dough into 6 parts, shape into small balls.
Roll out each dough ball thinly, add a filling ball and seal the edges well,
flatten well and bake in a well-heated pan without oil over medium heat with a lid on both sides.
Take out the flatbread, spread it with butter, and continue until we finish all the little balls.
Savor them while they are still warm.
