Melt the butter, add the chocolate, cocoa, espresso powder and stir.
Mix eggs with white and brown sugar until you get a creamy texture like mine.
Add chocolate and continue stirring.
Now add flour, cocoa and mix quickly as I show.
The movements should be made from the bottom up to retain the air accumulated during mixing.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
Beat the brownie until the consistency improves and place it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.
We serve brownies with warm milk for breakfast or anytime you're craving something sweet!
