Spring Cookies with Chocolate and Freeze-Dried Berries

  • Nutmeg (mace)
    1 tsp
  • Orange zest
  • Baking powder

  • Dark chocolate
    100 g
  • Coconut oil
    2 tsp
  • Corn oil

Directions

  1. Melt the sugar, butter and honey over medium heat.
  2. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes, then pour it into a bowl.
  3. Add the egg, grate the nutmeg and orange zest, mix the ingredients together.
  4. Add the salt powder, baking powder, and flour.
  5. Mix the dough well.
  6. Transfer to plastic wrap, wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Roll out the dough between 2 baking sheets to a thickness of 3 mm.
  8. Сut out the desired figures.
  9. Remove the excess dough and bake for 10-11 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. Remove and cool the cookies completely.
  11. In a bowl, melt chocolate with butter in a microwave oven, heating for 20 seconds and stirring.
  12. Dip each biscuit halfway into the chocolate and sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries.
  13. Refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden and serve with pleasure.
