Directions

  1. Sift: the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, mix.
  2. In another bowl, beat the room temperature butter with the sugar until we obtain a fluffy texture.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one by one, add the sour cream and solid ingredients, mix until well combined.
  4. In the end, incorporate finely chopped forest nuts with dried and fresh cranberries.
  5. Transfer the dough into a 20 cm diameter baking pan, greased with butter and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C. Remove and cool on a plate.
  6. For the glaze, we melt: white chocolate with honey, oil and cream. Add finely chopped forest nuts, mix and pour over the cooled cake.
  7. Put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, then we take it out and decorate it with walnuts, tea petals and mint. Enjoy!
