Directions

  1. Cernem: flour with corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, salt & cinnamon, We mix.
  2. In another bowl beat: butter at room temperature with sugar until we receive a fluffy texture.
  3. We incorporate the eggs one at a time, add the cream & solid ingredients, mix until it binds.
  4. In the end, we incorporate the hazelnuts of small forests with dry & fresh cranberries.
  5. We transfer the dough into a 20 cm diameter shape, greased with butter & baked 40-45 minutes, temperature 180 C. We remove it on a plate.
  6. For glaze, we melt: white chocolate with honey, oil & whipped cream. Add the hazelnuts, mix & pour over the cooled check.
  7. We give in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, we remove decorate with nuts, tea & peppermint petals. Enjoy your meal!
