Directions

  1. Mix, flour with corn, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & paprika.
  2. Add the egg, pour the milk, mix (you can add more milk as needed) you will get a similar porridge.
  3. We transfer the dough to a high glass.
  4. Tăvălim Crenvurștii through the flour, then pierce with bamboo sticks.
  5. Soak each branch in the dough, shake the excess dough & fry 2-3 minutes in hot oil at 180 C, gently rotating.
  6. We drain excess oil on paper towels & enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
