Pour the batter into a buttered pan or Dutch oven and bake for 2 hours at 250°C, then reduce the temperature to 90°C and bake for another 90 minutes, ALWAYS COVER WITH FOIL.
Cool in the oven for 6 hours and enjoy the dessert with pleasure.
