Oatmeal with flaxseed, cheese and poached eggs – a creamy, nutritious and satisfying breakfast.

    40 g
  • Water
    400 ml
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 3,5%
    100 ml
  • Сheese Căsuța Mea Classic
    40 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste
  • Chicken egg
    2 pc
  • Greens
    to taste

Directions

  1. In a pot, bring the oats together with the flaxseeds and water to a boil.
  2. Boil over medium heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue cooking for another 3–5 minutes, until the porridge becomes creamy.
  4. Serve the porridge with poached eggs, sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs, and serve warm. It's an energizing, balanced, and very tasty breakfast! Enjoy!
