Directions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets and wash well.
  2. Heat a pot over medium heat, add the oil with the butter, the diced onion și the sliced garlic, sauté over Medium Heat for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. When the onion has softened, add the cauliflower and the potatoes cut into small cubes, cover with water, and cook for about 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the sour cream, season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste, bring to a boil, and blend everything until the texture becomes smooth.
  5. Serve hot soup with croutons and fresh herbs.
  6. Enjoy!
