Directions

  1. For caramel, we melt the sugar, add the butter & mix energetically until homogenized.
  2. Pour the caramel into a 18 cm diameter shape.
  3. Place the apples beautifully, previously cleaned, cut into quarters, then thin slices.
  4. Bake 40 minutes, remove, cover the apples with weight, return to the oven for another 40 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, spread the dough with a diameter of 18 cm. We give the freezer.
  6. Remove the weight of the apples, add the dough on top and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
  7. We let it cool & give in the refrigerator overnight.
  8. Turn the tart on a plate upside down. Enjoy!
