Soft and aromatic cookies with hazelnut paste, coconut flakes, and coffee and caramel chocolate pieces.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add the egg and hazelnut paste, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the sifted flour and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
  4. Add the coconut flakes and finely chopped coffee and caramel chocolates.
  5. Shape dough balls of about 75–80 g and place them on a baking tray lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, leaving space between them.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 12–14 minutes, until lightly golden on top.
  7. About one minute before removing from the oven, spread a little melted chocolate on top of each cookie for extra flavor and an appealing finish. 👉 Enjoy!
