Directions

  1. Heat the milk without bringing it to a boil.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, flour to the yolks and mix with a spatula.
  4. Pour in half of the warm milk and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour everything back into the saucepan and stir constantly until the mixture thickens. It should have a creamy consistency.
  6. Now mix the egg whites and when foam appears, lightly fry the sugar and stir until you get the texture as in the video.
  7. Mix half of the egg whites with the cream and gently fold the remaining half with a spatula as shown in the picture.
  8. Grease the baking pans with butter, sprinkle some sugar and spread it over the entire surface.
  9. Fill the molds with batter, smooth out any dirt, and clean the edges. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
  10. This looks so delicious! The top is jiggly and so creamy! Serve with ice cream.
