Directions

  1. Place boiled beets, onion and roasted garlic in the bowl of the food processor.
  2. Mix until we get a fine texture.
  3. Add the mixture to a well-heated pan, the washed rice, the white wine and the water or broth gradually. Stir until it is absorbed and continue until you finish pouring the water.
  4. Finally, add the butter, hard cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve on a platter, always with soft cheese and greens.
  6. Enjoy your meal.
