Directions

  1. In the bowl of a kitchen robot add the previously baked red, onion and garlic.
  2. We mix until we receive a fine texture.
  3. Add the mixture to a hot pan, unspoken rice, white wine and water or broth gradually. We mix until it absorbs and so on until we finish the water.
  4. In the end add the butter, the hard cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. We serve in a plateau with soft cheese and greenery.
