Season the pieces of chicken to taste with: salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, and red chili flakes.
Fry in a well-heated pan with oil, about 7-8 minutes on each side.
Take out the chicken breast.
In the same pan, add the grated garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in the water, add the sour cream, the grated hard cheese, season with salt and oregano, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and add the sun-dried tomatoes, cook for another 10-15 minutes, finally add the spinach, stir until softened, and serve with your favorite side dish.
