Combine the cream cheese with the grated cheese.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Add it to the cream cheese.
Cut the ham into small cubes along with the chicken breast, add it to the rest of the ingredients, and mix everything together.
Add the filling over half of the lavash.
Place the romaine lettuce in the middle of the filling and roll it up.
Fry the rolls in a well-heated pan on both sides until the lavash is nicely browned.
