Directions

  1. Saute the chopped onion in a pan with oil for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add the well-washed and drained spinach, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 minute, or until the spinach is tender.
  3. Remove from the stove, add the chopped dill, egg and cottage cheese, mix everything well.
  4. Grease a baking dish with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the pie sheets, making sure to grease each sheet with melted butter.
  5. Add the filling, level it. Cover with the pie crust, brush again with melted butter and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Take out the cake, cool it a little, cut it and enjoy. Bon appetit.
