Directions

  1. Season the boneless, skinless, and cubed chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut off the ends of the asparagus (pre-washed) and place it in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. Drain it and set aside.
  6. In a well-heated pan, add: the butter, oil and the prepared chicken pieces.
  7. Fry until all sides are browned.
  8. Reduce the heat, add the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and stir, fry for 2–3 minutes.
  9. Remove to a plate.
  10. In the same pan, add the chopped garlic and pour in the water.
  11. Bring to a boil and leave until reduced by half.
  12. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, soy sauce and chopped parsley.
  13. Mix everything together to combine.
  14. Add the asparagus on top and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  15. Add the chicken pieces back to the pan and stir to reheat.
  16. Decorate the chicken and asparagus with chopped parsley, hot pepper and lemon wedges. Submit immediately.
