In a hot pan with oil, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the ham cut into small cubes and sauté until it turns golden brown. Once it’s browned, pour in the cream.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir and bring to a boil.
At this stage, add the melted cheese, mix, and add the pasta previously boiled for 10 minutes in salted water, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Here add the grated hard cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes under the lid, at medium temperature. Enjoy with pleasure!
