Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 20%

Cottage Cheese Căsuța Mea 5.5%

200 g
Baking powder

0,5 tsp
Flour

250 g
Cinnamon

1 tbsp
Sugar

3 tbsp

Directions

Add sour cream and cottage cheese to the softened butter and mix everything thoroughly.
Combine flour with baking powder and mix everything.
Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
Roll out the dough, cut into triangles and spread the filling.
Rotate the rolls.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-40 minutes.
After it has been cooled, sprinkle with sugar, if you want.
