For the dressing:

  • Egg yolk
    2 pc
  • Mustard
    20 g
  • Creamy Horseradish
    40 g
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 15%
    20 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black Pepper
    to taste
  • Greens
    to taste

Directions

  1. Bake the potatoes wrapped in foil at 180°C until tender.
  2. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then cool and peel them. Separate the yolks from the whites. Dice the egg whites, potatoes, radishes, cucumber, and meat into 5 mm cubes. Finely chop the fresh herbs.
  3. Dressing: Mash the boiled yolks with a fork. Add mustard, horseradish, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in the chopped herbs.
  4. Assembly: Place the chopped vegetables, eggs, and meat into a deep bowl. Serve the dressing separately. Pour cold kefir over the soup or serve it on the side, as preferred. Enjoy!
