    500 g
  • Sugar
    180 g
  • Gelatin
    15 g
  • Walnuts
    50 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    100 ml
  • Cherry puree

Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with the milk and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer into a saucepan, place on the stove over medium heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves (do not boil).
  3. Beat the cream with the sugar, then pour the dissolved gelatin into the mixture.
  4. Add the chopped walnuts, portion into bowls, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  5. Served with white cherry jam. Enjoy!!!
