  • Sugar
    3 tbsp
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    70 g
  • Salt
    pinch
  • Water
    15 ml
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt, add the very cold butter, cut into small cubes, and mix into a dough.
  2. Pour the egg mixed with very cold water and form the dough.
  3. For the filling, pour lemon juice over the diced apples, add sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
  4. Transfer the apples into a baking tray, cover with crumble dough, and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Serve the crumble hot with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
