Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt, pour in the milk, and mix again.
  2. Dip the croissants into the batter, transfer them into a mold, pour the remaining batter over, sprinkle with almond flakes, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 175°C.
  3. Serve with powdered sugar, raspberries. Enjoy!
