Dutch pancake with strawberries and sour cream

  • Butter Căsuța Mea 82,5%
    20 g
  • Sour Cream Căsuța Mea 30%
    2 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar
    2 tbsp
  • Strawberry
    to taste
  • Chicken egg

Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs, sugar and salt.
  2. Add cow's milk from Căsuța Mea (only half the portion) and stir.
  3. Then sift the flour and mix until the lumps disappear.
  4. Pour the second half of milk and leave the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the baking butter, pour the dough and leave in the oven for 25 minutes, at 200 degrees Celsius.
  6. Mix our cream with powdered sugar, and the strawberries cut them into different shapes
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the pancake, add strawberries, sweet cream and again powdered sugar
  8. Imagine just the reaction of your loved ones, when they will see this wonderful pancake for breakfast!
  9. You can do it, of course, with salted topping, such as salmon, arugula, mail, ham or cheese!
