  • Milk Căsuța Mea Premium 3.4% - 6.0%
    150 ml
  • Whipping Cream Căsuța Mea 33%
    250 ml
  • Egg yolk
    4
  • Sugar
    110 g

Directions

  1. In a pot, mix the sugar with the water, place it on the stove at medium heat, and let it cook until we get a caramel.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the caramel and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix the milk with the egg yolks and add it to the caramel mixture.
  4. Mix and pass everything through a sieve.
  5. Pour into small molds, place these molds into a larger mold, fill with water halfway up, and bake for 30-35 minutes at 140°C.
  6. Cool and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar and melt it with a torch until we achieve a beautiful brown color. Enjoy!
