Homemade granola with apple puree, nuts and spices — crunchy, flavorful and perfect for a healthy breakfast.

    50 g
  • Oat flakes
    300 g
  • Nut mix
    130 g
  • Mixed spices
    1,5 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Honey
    50-70 g

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 165–170°C (static or fan-assisted setting). In a large bowl, mix the apple puree with the melted butter and honey until well combined.
  2. Add the oat flakes, the nuts and seeds mix, the spices, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir well so that all the ingredients are evenly coated. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the granola for about 60 minutes, gently stirring 2–3 times for even browning. After baking, let the granola cool completely. It will harden as it cools.
  4. Serve with yogurt, milk, or plant-based drinks, or as a topping for smoothie bowls. Store in an airtight container for up to 2–3 weeks. It can be portioned and taken as a packed snack for school or work.
