Directions

Mix the yolk and milk in a bowl.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and mix again.
Mix the egg whites and sugar until you get the creamy texture and incorporate it into the other ingredients. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the yolk with the sugar, add the hot milk and cook the sauce over medium heat, until the texture is like me.
Add the melted butter and cook the pancakes on a dry pan.
