Mix the yolk and milk in a bowl.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and mix again.
Beat the egg whites with sugar until creamy and add to the remaining ingredients. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the egg yolk with sugar, add warm milk and cook the sauce over medium heat until it reaches the consistency I had.
Add the melted butter and cook the pancakes on a dry pan.
