  • Chicken egg

    170 g
  • Kefir Căsuța mea 2,5%
    170 ml
  • Oil
    80 ml
  • Baking soda
    5 g
  • Vanilla Essence
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Vanilla seeds
    1/2 leaf
  • Strawberry
    150 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, beat together: oil, eggs, sugar, lemon essence and vanilla seeds.
  2. Pour in the kefir, add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mix again until there are no lumps.
  3. Pour the dough into a 20x20 cm pan, lining both the base and sides with baking paper.
  4. Let the cake cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
