  • Cornstarch
    2 tbsp
  • Vanilla
    1/3 leaf
  • Lemon Juice
    40 ml

Directions

  1. Previously shred the biscuits and dry the walnuts.
  2. Mix the biscuits with the chopped nuts and melted butter.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a 20 cm diameter pan, lined with baking paper.
  4. Form the base and sides by flattening them well.
  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  6. For the Filling: Mix the sugar with the cream cheese, add the sour cream and whipped cream, mix.
  7. Add the eggs one at a time, mix again.
  8. Pour the mixture over the frozen dough, leveling lightly.
  9. PLACE A POT OF BOILING WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN, add the cheesecake above.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes, temperature 180 °C, reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 30 minutes.
  11. Turn off and leave in the oven for another 2-3 hours, then refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
  12. Remove the ring from the mold, cut and serve with pleasure.
  13. Enjoy your meal.
