Directions
Previously shred the biscuits and dry the walnuts.
Mix the biscuits with the chopped nuts and melted butter.
Transfer the mixture to a 20 cm diameter pan, lined with baking paper.
Form the base and sides by flattening them well.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
For the Filling: Mix the sugar with the cream cheese, add the sour cream and whipped cream, mix.
Add the eggs one at a time, mix again.
Pour the mixture over the frozen dough, leveling lightly.
PLACE A POT OF BOILING WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE OVEN, add the cheesecake above.
Bake for 30 minutes, temperature 180 °C, reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 30 minutes.
Turn off and leave in the oven for another 2-3 hours, then refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
Remove the ring from the mold, cut and serve with pleasure.
