In a well-heated pan with butter, sauté the chopped onion for 5-6 minutes.
Add the grated carrot and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste, mix.
Add the minced meat mixture, cook under the lid until the meat is almost done, stirring periodically.
Add ketchup, buckwheat (selected and well washed), and pour in water, then cook covered over medium heat until the buckwheat is done.
Sprinkle with herbs and enjoy.
