  • Kefir Căsuța mea 3,2%
    150 ml

  • Oil
    70 ml
  • Flour
    280 g
  • Baking powder

Directions

  1. Mix the grated or very finely chopped cabbage with a pinch of salt and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the oil and kefir. Mix until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
  3. Incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the prepared cabbage, grated carrot, and grated cheese. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake for 45–60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C, until it turns golden and firm. Result: A savory, fluffy, and aromatic cake — perfect for a snack or a light meal. Enjoy!
