In a bowl, beat the eggs until they lighten in color.
Add the vanilla sugar and sugar and mix again.
Then mix at medium speed.
Add kefir and milk, stir for 30 seconds.
Then add oil and vodka, mix thoroughly until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Pour the mixture into a small, greased 2.5-3 kg cauldron and cover with aluminum foil.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200°C for 90 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 100°C and bake for another 90 minutes.
Remove, let cool completely, slice as desired, and serve. Enjoy!
