First of all, prepare the ragu. In a well-heated pan, pour the oil, grated carrot, and chopped onion.
Let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat, we chose a mix of chicken and pork (simmer until lightly browned).
Then we pour in the wine and leave until it evaporates.
Season with salt, black pepper and add the tomato paste.
Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Place a small sauce pan on top, cover with a layer of lasagna sheets, pour another 2–3 bolognese sauce pans, sprinkle with bechamel sauce, then place cheese slices.
