  • Almond flakes

  • Brown Sugar
    20 g
  • Berry
    250 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix: flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until pale in color.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to mix.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice, grated lemon zest, and lemon essence.
  5. Mix for 1-2 minutes, at the end add the solid mixture.
  6. Transfer the dough to a 20 cm diameter pan, lightly level the surface, sprinkle with berries (blackcurrants), brown sugar and almond flakes.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
  8. Take out and serve the cake both warm and cold.
  9. Enjoy your meal
