We mix the fruits & dried apples with orange juice 1-2 days before preparing the check (periodically mixing)
In a bowl beat the butter at the T. room with sugar & vanilla sugar.
We incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
Add flour, almond flour, baking powder, orange peel & cinnamon, mix.
In the softened apples add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix & add over the rest of the ingredients together with the chopped almonds, mix again & transfer the dough into a 20 cm in diameter, previously greased with butter & sprinkled with flour.
Level & bake 2 hours, temperature 160 C.
Cool, decorate with powdered sugar & we enjoy.
