Mix the dried fruits and berries with the orange juice 1-2 days before preparing the cake (stirring them periodically).
In a bowl, beat the room temperature butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
Then add the flour, almond flour, baking powder, orange zest, and cinnamon, and mix everything together.
In the soaked berries add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix and add the rest of the ingredients together with the chopped almonds, mix again and transfer the dough into a 20 cm diameter mold, previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Level and bake for 2 hours, temperature 160 °C.
Cool down, decorate with powdered sugar and enjoy.
