Directions
Place the sweet peppers in a dry pan, Ignite the skins with a gas torch until they completely crack.
Shave off the peel with a knife.
Cut off the pepper stems (don’t throw them away), and remove the seeds.
For the filling: combine the cottage cheese with the feta cheese.
Transfer the filling to a pastry bag, cut off the tip and fill the peppers.
Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and garnish with microgreens before serving. Enjoy!
