  • Pumpkin puree
    300 g
  • Milk Căsuța Mea 2,5%
    200 ml
  • Egg yolk
    2 pc
  • Cream cheese
    150 g
  • Gelatin
    5 g

Directions

  1. Mix the gelatin with water and let it swell for 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk, add the egg yolks, mix vigorously until thickened at medium temperature.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin, the pumpkin puree, and the cream cheese, mix well, and fill the cups or glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours, remove, decorate with nuts, seeds and enjoy. Bon appetit!
