Mash the pre-cooked potatoes, add salt, black pepper, cornstarch, and the egg, then mix.
Take the mixture, add a ball of Suluguni cheese to each portion, shape them by gently flattening, then roll them in wheat flour, followed by beaten egg, and finally coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
Place it on a plate covered with parchment paper and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Fry the meatballs in hot oil until they brown.
Drain the excess oil on paper towels and enjoy it with our favorite sauce.
