Directions
Grind the nuts in a blender and set aside a tablespoon of ground nuts.
Add flour, butter and mix again.
Then add the egg and continue mixing in the blender.
Turn everything over on the table and form the dough.
Cut it in half, form two disks and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix the berries thoroughly with the cornstarch and sugar.
Sprinkle the dough with a little flour and add the berries.
Form the gallette, and if the dough tears, glue it together with our fingers.
Grease the pan with egg yolk and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes, preheated to 180°C, and then serve warm.
The pie is crumbly and simply melts in your mouth, and its sweet and sour taste is perfect for summer!
