We pass the bananas with a fork (the total weight of the peeled ones is 350-370 grams), add the eggs and the vanilla extract, pass again to a uniform texture.
Add the cow's cheese, flour and mix until a fine texture.
We pour the composition in a shape and bake 10 minutes, temperature 180 C.
We remove the shape from the oven, place a banana cut in length in half and turn into the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
Cool the pudding completely.
Before serving it is sprinkled with cinnamon and you can enjoy with pleasure.
