Sift the flour into a bowl, add the very cold butter cut into cubes and incorporate until we get a sandy texture.
Grate the classic cheese, add the hard cheese, salt powder, baking powder and egg.
Mix, then form a ball,
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough thinly, cut into triangles or the desired shape, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 °C until nicely browned.
Remove, cool and enjoy.
