Directions

In a bowl, mix: the sifted flour, sugar and baking powder,
In another bowl, pour: the melted and cooled butter, add the eggs and milk, beat the ingredients with a whisk.
Pour the liquid mixture over the solid ingredients and mix with a whisk until there are no more lumps.
Peel and dice the pear,
Incorporate the chocolate cubes and flakes into the dough.
Divide the dough into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
The muffins are tasty and super fluffy.
