Bacon, cheese and egg pie

  • Puff pastry with yeast
    500 g
  • Bacon
    150 g
  • Сheese Căsuța Mea Classic
    100 g
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Sesame
    2 tsp
  • Dill

Directions

  1. Gently roll out the puff pastry dough and cut it into 14 triangles.
  2. Place the triangles in a circle close to each other.
  3. Over the dough, add: the bacon slices, half of the already grated cheese, the diced eggs, and finally the remaining cheese.
  4. Close the corners of the triangles well.
  5. Brush the pie with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds over the entire surface.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes or until nicely browned.
  7. Sprinkle the cooked pie with chopped dill.
  8. Enjoy!
