Directions

  1. Melt white chocolate with butter in the microwave.
  2. Beat the egg with the egg yolk and sugar for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture with a tip of red food coloring и mix.
  4. In another bowl, mix cocoa with flour, add to the solid mixture and mix until all ingredients come together.
  5. Grease 2 ceramic, silicone, or aluminum molds with butter.
  6. Add the dough 3/4 into the molds and bake for 13-14 minutes at 230°C (if using silicone or metal molds, bake for 10 minutes).
  7. Take out of the oven, run a knife along the edge and flip the chocolate volcano onto a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired, decorate with pistachios and raspberries.
