Directions

  1. Mix together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, oil, and the two types of sugar.
  2. Incorporate the two eggs, spices, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Pour the batter into a 18 cm diameter pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Cover the surface with crumble, place the mold in the preheated oven at 180 °C, for 65-75 minutes.
  6. Once taken out of the oven, it needs at least two hours to cool down, then it can be enjoyed with pleasure. Enjoy!
