Directions
Boil the pumpkin, cut into cubes and previously cleaned of seeds and peel, in water for 5 minutes.
Add the cornmeal, sugar, salt, pour the milk, mix and simmer for 30 minutes, low heat, stirring occasionally.
Cover the porridge with a lid and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Serve the porridge with butter, fruits and nuts as desired. Enjoy!
