For the dough:

  • Kefir Căsuța mea 1%
    150 ml
  • Flour
    300 g
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Baking soda
    1 pinch
  • Water
    75 ml

For the filling:

  • Oil
    2 tbsp
  • Green beans
    200 g
  • Green peas
    100 g
  • Mixed spices
    to taste
  • Potatoes
    5 pc
  • Butter Căsuța Mea 72,5%
    40 g

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the kefir, water, oil, flour, salt powder and baking soda,
  2. Continue kneading, form a ball, cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. In a well-heated pan with oil, sauté the peas and green beans until soft.
  4. Roll out the dough, place in a 24 cm diameter pan.
  5. In a bowl, mix the previously prepared mashed potatoes with the cooked peas and beans, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cubed butter in small pieces.
  7. Cut off excess dough if necessary.
  8. Bake the tart for 40-45 minutes, temperature 180 °C.
  9. Remove and cool slightly, then decorate with greenery and serve with pleasure.
