Beat the soft butter together with the sugar and vanilla, add the wheat flour, almond flour and salt.
Form the dough with a spatula, spread it on the work surface in a layer 1 cm thick, cut out the desired shapes, transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with a beaten egg, sprinkle generously with almond crumbs and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
