Directions

  1. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter, transfer the mixture into a 20 cm diameter pan, shape the base, and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. For the cream, bring the sweet cream (whipping cream) and vanilla sugar to a boil.
  3. Pour over the chocolate, let it sit for a minute, then stir well until smooth.
  4. Add the coconut and mix well.
  5. Pour the coconut mixture over the cake base and spread it evenly.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and grated coconut.
  7. Put the tart in the refrigerator for 4 hours and then enjoy. Enjoy!
