Directions
Mix the minced chicken well with the grated cheese, finely chopped herbs and salt.
Using a piping bag, fill the cannelloni with the prepared mixture.
Spread a thin layer of tomatoes (about 50 g) on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange the filled cannelloni, then pour over the cream, the remaining tomatoes and enough water to slightly cover them. Sprinkle with grated cheese if you like.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Then gently press the pasta down with a fork so it sinks into the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
In total, about 45 minutes in the oven should be enough for perfect cooking.
